Processing & Shipping
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Sew In Style is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier
• Stolen or missing packages after delivery
If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are FINAL.
We do NOT offer:
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Returns
This includes:
• Hair bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Wigs
• Hair care products
Once hair has left our facility, it cannot be resold or reused for safety and quality reasons.
Order Issues or Damage
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue
We will review and determine the best resolution, which may include replacement if approved.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in:
• Immediate order investigation
• Evidence submitted to the bank
• Permanent ban from future purchases
